The Initial Interview

The Initial interview is just that.  You interview
me to see if I could help you and benefit you
during your labor.  And in the same I am
interviewing you to see if I can work well with
you and be of service to you.  If I do not feel
a connection with you I will not be your labor
assistant/ doula. I believe that every women
deserves her "perfect" labor.  The perfect
labor is different for each women and if I
cannot help provide that, I will help find
someone who will. This is a no cost, no obligation meeting.  I actually encourage you
to talk and really discuss.  Labor is a very intimate and special experience.  You need
to make sure I fit.  The meeting will be held in a public place upon our agreement.  I
will give you an informational folder which you can keep whether we work together or
not.  You get a copy of my contract and we discuss my fees and payment options.  If
you decide that I am the person to share in thisexperience, please contact me and we
will schedule your prenatal visits.
